With zero chemical intervention or additives, the grapes undergo a slow, natural curing process driven by pure sun and fresh air for 2 to 3 weeks. This results in a deep, rich color and a concentrated natural sweetness.

Our grapes are gently dipped in a natural alkaline solution to speed up drying and better preserve their light color,
fresh flavor, and nutrients.
Under the sun, they dry in just 3–7 days.
If dried in shaded, airy rooms instead of direct sunlight, they develop a beautiful natural green color.
